As the CEO of WaterWorld Realty (W2), leading a team of 20 well-seasoned agents and marketing professionals with a combined experience of over 30 years. The cornerstone of W2’s philosophy is based on his style of working and his work ethic of trust and commitment to client success. Mr. Ali Reza, a Dubai native since his childhood, gained in-depth knowledge of the real estate market from a young age, influenced by his father, who was also in the real estate sector. His extensive background includes a tenure at KPMG Corporate Finance, where he managed mergers, acquisitions, and valuations across various sectors. His expertise in audit and assurance was honed during his early career at KPMG, Dubai. Mr. Ali Reza is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) from the UK. His professional qualifications and extensive industry experience have equipped him with a deep understanding of market dynamics and client needs. His commitment to excellence and strategic vision continues to drive Credo Investments and WaterWorld Realty toward sustained growth and success.

He is also the Managing Director of Credo Investments FZE since 2006, a reputed Real Estate Development company in Dubai. He has overseen the successful completion of several landmark projects in Dubai, including Le Solarium, The Prism, Mon Reve Majestique Residence, etc.
